J was first introduced to the stock market around 2019–2020 and began actively trading in 2021. His main focus is penny stocks and small-cap momentum plays driven by news catalysts, volume and strong price action.

He created Trading Desk as a place where traders can share ideas and identify opportunities together in real time. Most of his callouts are intraday momentum setups, although he also highlights other opportunities when he sees strong potential in the market.

Rich Zee started trading in 2020 and describes himself as a profitable trader. Because he balances trading with a full-time job and family, swing trading works best for his schedule. His technical approach looks for support-level entries, low-to-mid RSI, lower short-float percentages and confirming chart signals. Positions may remain open from a few days to several months, and he also watches for reversals and occasional weekend opportunities.

He primarily follows highly liquid index options such as SPY, SPX, IWM and QQQ, often using 0DTE contracts with an emphasis on patience, position sizing and emotional control.

Jayrod heads the Bio-Pharma-Edge channel. Rather than setting price targets, he combines upcoming catalysts with financial data to research biopharma swings and longer-term opportunities. He also posts quarterly predicted-catalyst calendars for future reference and discusses scalping strategies on steady-volume biopharma tickers as well as potential squeeze setups.
