Membership & trial
What is included and how the options work.
What is included with Trading Desk?+
Membership includes momentum, swing and options calls; biopharma and catalyst research; watchlists and market updates; TrendVision and Tradytics tools; education; exclusive Discord areas; community support; and the member records and examples made available inside Trading Desk.
Do all membership options receive the same access?+
Yes. The three-day trial, monthly, annual and lifetime options all provide the same complete member access.
Is the three-day trial free, and is a payment card required?+
The trial is free for three days, but payment details are required when it begins.
What happens when the trial ends?+
Unless it is cancelled during the three-day period, the trial continues automatically as a monthly membership at $69.99 USD every 30 days.
Can I try Trading Desk before choosing annual or lifetime access?+
Yes. The trial converts only to monthly. Cancel it before the monthly payment and then purchase annual or lifetime access separately.
Discord access
Joining the community and unlocking member areas.
Do I need Discord to use Trading Desk?+
Yes. Calls, tools, updates, education and community areas are provided through Discord. You can join the public Trading Desk Discord for free before purchasing.
How is member access activated?+
Complete the Stripe checkout for your chosen option, then send J (@jaystradingdesk) a direct message inside Discord. Include the email address used during Stripe checkout so J can identify the purchase and switch on access.
How quickly will access be enabled?+
J normally enables access as soon as he sees the direct message. A short delay may mean he is offline; during that time he will not be posting calls. Access delays are not normally lengthy.
What should I do if my access has not been enabled?+
Send @jaystradingdesk a direct message in Discord and include the email address used during Stripe checkout. Do not send card or payment-security details through Discord.
Can I join the public Discord without paying?+
Yes. The public community is free to join. Paid membership unlocks the exclusive member areas and included resources.
Calls & updates
How calls work, analyst differences and performance expectations.
Which trading styles are covered?+
Trading Desk covers momentum, small caps, swing trades and options calls and analysis, together with biopharma and catalyst research, watchlists and market updates.
Who posts the calls, and where will I see them?+
J posts momentum calls, Rich Zee posts swing calls and Ronin posts options calls in their relevant member areas inside Discord. Jayrod provides biopharma research, catalyst information and market updates separately from those call formats.
What if the price has already moved when I see a call?+
Prices can move quickly after a post. Check the current price and do not assume the analyst's original entry is still available. Every member decides independently whether the current setup and price remain suitable.
Do I have to take every call?+
No. Members choose independently whether to act on any call. A setup may not suit an individual member’s strategy, available funds, risk tolerance or the price available when they see it.
What should I check before acting on a call?+
Read the complete post, confirm the ticker or options contract, check the timestamp and current price, and review any stop, target or management details provided. Also check for a newer trim or exit update before making a decision.
How many calls will I receive?+
The number and type of calls vary according to market conditions and analyst setups. Trading Desk does not promise a fixed number of calls.
Do all calls use the same format?+
No. J, Rich Zee and Ronin manage different trading styles. J always provides a stop and usually gives targets, Rich Zee always provides a stop, and Ronin manages options positions through live trim updates rather than fixed targets. Each posts follow-up management updates. A separate final all-out message is used where applicable, but a call may already be substantially closed after trims or targets.
What does a trim update mean?+
A trim means the analyst is reducing part of the position rather than closing all of it. Later updates may describe further trims, the remaining position or the final exit.
What does “fully out” or “all out” mean?+
It means the analyst has closed the remainder of their position and the call sequence has ended. It does not mean every member will have entered or exited at the same prices.
Are stops and targets guaranteed to execute at the posted price?+
No. Stops and targets describe the analyst’s plan, but fast movement, gaps, liquidity and order execution can lead to different prices. Members decide how to manage their own positions and risk.
How long can a call remain open?+
There is no fixed holding time. Momentum calls may develop quickly, while swing or options positions may remain open longer. Market conditions and the analyst’s live updates determine how each call develops.
How should I follow call updates?+
Follow the relevant member channel and check the newest posts for trims, management changes and exit updates. Discord notification settings can help, but members should still verify that they are reading the latest update and whether the position has already been substantially reduced.
Will my entry and exit match the analyst's prices?+
Not necessarily. Prices can move before an alert is seen or an order is completed. Individual results also depend on entry price, exit price, position size, execution, fees and personal decisions.
Are the calls financial advice?+
No. Calls and updates are shared for educational and informational purposes. Members remain responsible for their own research, trading decisions, position sizes and risk management.
Are results or profits guaranteed?+
No. Trading involves financial risk, past performance does not guarantee future results, and calls, bot alerts and market data cannot guarantee profitable trades.
Results & member profits
How to read the call archive, recaps and member screenshots.
What is the difference between the Results page and Member Profits?+
The Results page contains dated Trading Desk momentum and options call records and weekly recaps. Member Profits contains screenshots voluntarily shared by individual members showing their personal trading experiences.
What does “recorded result” or “highest price hit” mean?+
The recorded result is the percentage shown in the relevant recap. Where a separate peak or highest price is shown, it represents the highest level recorded after the call. These figures are not guaranteed or necessarily realised returns because individual entries, exits and execution can differ.
Does the archive include every historical Trading Desk call?+
The archive currently covers the dated weeks shown on the Results page. Additional weekly records will be added as they are compiled and checked.
Why can the same ticker appear more than once?+
The same ticker may be called more than once at different entry prices. Each separate call is displayed as its own record.
Why are some prices missing from older records?+
Some historical recaps provided only the recorded percentage result. A blank field means that price information was not available and has not been estimated.
Are the Member Profits screenshots verified or guaranteed?+
The screenshots were voluntarily shared by members and have not been independently audited. They show individual experiences and should not be considered typical or guaranteed results.
How often is the Results page updated?+
The Results page is updated weekly with new call records and recap information once that week’s data has been compiled.
Bots, tools & education
TrendVision, Tradytics, automated feeds and member commands.
What are TrendVision and Tradytics?+
TrendVision provides Discord-based small-cap and momentum information including activity, news, volume, halts and potential squeezes. Tradytics provides options flow, dark-pool activity, market alerts, breakouts and wider market information.
How are TrendVision and Tradytics different?+
TrendVision combines automatic small-cap and momentum feeds with commands that members can use to research individual tickers. Tradytics posts selected market data and system-generated alerts automatically into dedicated Discord channels rather than requiring members to run Tradytics commands.
Where are the tools accessed?+
TrendVision and Tradytics information is accessed through the relevant member areas inside the Trading Desk Discord.
Do I need a separate TrendVision or Tradytics account?+
No separate TrendVision or Tradytics website or app login is needed for the tools made available through Trading Desk. Members use them inside the relevant Trading Desk Discord areas.
Do I need to know bot commands?+
No. Members can follow the automatic feeds without entering commands. TrendVision commands are available when a member wants to research a ticker or run a screener, and the commands area shows how to use them.
What can I research with TrendVision commands?+
Available commands can return company information, recent news, short availability and borrowing cost, SEC filings, relative volume, price charts, technical-analysis information, top gainers and selected screener results. The information returned depends on the ticker and the underlying data available at that time.
What information appears in the Tradytics feeds?+
The selected feeds can include options sweeps, golden sweeps, block-trade activity, insider transactions, analyst grades and system-generated ideas such as Bullseye alerts. Availability and the information shown can change with market conditions and provider data.
What does the In & Out Bot do?+
The In & Out Bot can turn a member's entry and exit messages into a combined summary showing the ticker, entry price, exit price and calculated percentage move. It does not connect to a brokerage account, place orders or verify an individual's actual profit.
Do any of the bots place trades automatically?+
No. The bots provide information, automated alerts, charts, calculations and research outputs inside Discord. Members remain responsible for deciding whether to trade and for placing and managing their own orders.
Are bot alerts the same as analyst trade calls?+
No. Bot alerts and market data are research tools and do not replace analyst commentary, personal research or risk management. They do not guarantee profitable trades.
Are Bullseye ideas or AI confidence figures Trading Desk recommendations?+
No. Bullseye ideas, AI confidence figures, potential-profit values and similar indicators are automated vendor outputs. They are not personal recommendations, Trading Desk analyst calls or guarantees that a setup will be profitable.
Can bot and market information change or become outdated?+
Yes. Prices, availability, borrowing costs, news, filings, technical levels and other market information can change quickly. Historical examples may no longer be accurate, so members should check the latest information before making a decision.
Are the tools included with every membership option?+
Yes. The three-day trial, monthly, annual and lifetime options provide the same member access, including the available Trading Desk tools.
Is Trading Desk suitable for beginners?+
Trading Desk includes beginner-friendly education as well as more experienced market discussion. Every member must decide whether the content is appropriate for their own knowledge, circumstances and risk tolerance.
Billing & policies
Renewals, cancellations and completed payments.
Do monthly and annual memberships renew automatically?+
Yes. Monthly membership renews every 30 days and annual membership renews every 12 months unless cancelled before the next billing date.
Is lifetime membership a one-time payment?+
Yes. Lifetime membership is one non-recurring payment for permanent Trading Desk access, subject to the Terms of Service.
How do I cancel?+
Message J (@jaystradingdesk) inside Discord before the next billing date. Cancelling during the three-day trial prevents the monthly payment.
What happens to my access after cancellation?+
Paid membership access continues until the end of the period that has already been paid for.
Can I receive a refund?+
Completed payments are final because member access is provided after purchase. Purchases are subject to the Trading Desk Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
