Important information, clearly explained
These policies explain the terms for using Trading Desk, the risks of trading, how membership billing works and how personal information is handled.
Effective 1 September 2026
Please read before using Trading Desk
By purchasing or using membership access, you agree to the applicable terms below. Nothing on this page removes rights that cannot legally be excluded in your location.
Terms of Service
About the service
Trading Desk provides educational market content, analyst commentary, trading calls, research tools and community access, primarily through Discord. Access and available features may change as the service develops.
Using your membership
Membership is for the purchasing member. Keep your payment, email and Discord account information secure. Do not share, resell, record, copy or redistribute private calls, tools, research or member-only content without written permission.
Community conduct
Members must behave lawfully and respectfully. Harassment, spam, impersonation, fraud, market manipulation, unauthorised promotion and misuse of member information are prohibited. Access may be restricted or removed where necessary to protect the community or service.
Third-party services
Trading Desk relies on services including Discord, Stripe and third-party market-data providers. Their own terms, privacy practices, availability and technical limitations also apply. Trading Desk does not control their systems or guarantee that they will always be available or error-free.
Availability and changes
Markets, analysts, tools and technical services can be unavailable or delayed. Trading Desk may update, replace or discontinue content or features. Material changes to these policies will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Trading Risk & No Financial Advice
Educational information only
Calls, watchlists, alerts, commentary, examples and automated tool outputs are provided for educational and informational purposes. They are not personal financial, investment, tax or legal advice and do not create an adviser, broker or fiduciary relationship.
You make every trading decision
You are responsible for deciding whether any trade is suitable for your knowledge, finances, objectives and risk tolerance. Conduct your own research and consider obtaining advice from an appropriately authorised professional.
Risk of loss
Trading stocks and options involves substantial risk and may result in partial or total loss. Options can expire worthless. Volatility, gaps, liquidity, spreads, execution delays and slippage can cause actual entries and exits to differ from posted prices, stops or targets.
No guaranteed outcomes
Past performance, testimonials, win rates, average moves and historical examples do not guarantee future results. Call frequency varies with market conditions, and no tool, alert, analyst or data source can guarantee a profitable trade.
Billing, Cancellation & Refunds
Trial and recurring membership
The three-day trial requires payment details. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, it converts automatically to monthly membership at $69.99 USD every 30 days. Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Lifetime membership is a one-time payment.
Access
After checkout, message J at @jaystradingdesk inside Discord and provide the email address used at checkout. Do not send card numbers or payment-security information through Discord or email.
Cancellation
Request cancellation by messaging @jaystradingdesk before the next billing date. Cancelling during the three-day trial prevents the first monthly charge. Paid access continues until the end of the period already purchased.
Completed payments and billing problems
Completed payments are treated as final once member access is supplied, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If you believe a charge is duplicated or incorrect, or you cannot access the service after purchase, contact Trading Desk promptly with the checkout email and transaction details.
Privacy Information
Information collected
Trading Desk may receive your name, email address, optional Discord username, support messages, membership status and payment-related identifiers supplied by Stripe. Stripe handles card information directly. Discord may process usernames, messages and community activity under its own policies.
How information is used
Information is used to activate and manage membership, respond to questions, administer billing and cancellations, maintain community safety, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal or record-keeping obligations.
Sharing and storage
Information is shared only as reasonably necessary with service providers such as Stripe, Discord, FormSubmit, email and website-hosting providers, or where disclosure is legally required. Records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above and applicable obligations.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. Contact Trading Desk to make a privacy request. Identity verification may be required before account information is disclosed or changed.
Contact form and security
The FAQ contact form sends the details you enter to FormSubmit, which processes the submission and forwards it to Trading Desk by email. Do not include card or payment-security details. Reasonable measures are used to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
